By accessing this Site or purchasing any digital products, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or purchase our products.

1. Digital Products & Delivery

All products sold on Crafty Cuttables are digital downloads only.
No physical items will be shipped.

Once payment is successfully processed, digital files will be available for download immediately via:

  • Your order confirmation page, and
  • The confirmation email sent to the email address provided at checkout.

It is the customer’s responsibility to download and save files promptly after purchase.

2. File Formats & Compatibility

Our digital products may include, but are not limited to:

  • SVG
  • PNG (300 DPI)
  • DXF

Compatibility with cutting machines (such as Cricut or Silhouette) depends on your software version, machine settings, and user knowledge. We do not guarantee compatibility with every device or software version.

3. License & Permitted Use

Personal Use

You may use purchased files for unlimited personal projects.

Small Business / Commercial Use

Unless otherwise stated on the product listing:

  • You may use our designs to create finished physical products for sale (shirts, decals, signs, etc.).
  • You may not sell or distribute the digital files themselves.

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Resell, share, gift, sublicense, or redistribute digital files
  • Upload files to third-party websites, marketplaces, or file-sharing services
  • Claim the designs as your own
  • Use files in print-on-demand platforms where the digital file itself is transferred

Violation of these terms may result in legal action.

4. Refunds & Exchanges

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once files have been downloaded or accessed.

If you experience a technical issue with a file, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist or provide a corrected file when applicable.

5. Account Responsibility

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing a valid email address at checkout
  • Maintaining access to their download links
  • Ensuring files are downloaded and stored safely

We are not responsible for lost files after delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, graphics, text, logos, and digital files on this Site are the intellectual property of Crafty Cuttables and are protected by copyright law.

Purchase of a digital file grants a license to use, not ownership of the design.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
